You'll exercise sound judgment in diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and supporting litigation or insurance claims while guiding junior staff and contributing to multidisciplinary project environments. You will deepen your technical expertise, expand your project responsibilities, and gain direct exposure to clients and project management elements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in structural or forensic engineering with growing proficiency in tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, PCA software, Revit, or AutoCAD.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt design approaches for non-routine components while working collaboratively under moderate supervision.
  • Proven communication skills, reliability, and leadership behaviors including authenticity, trust-building, and effective communication within your sphere of influence.
  • Initiative to mentor junior staff, manage your workload proactively, and continue deepening your expertise in both technical forensic methods and project delivery fundamentals.
