We value individuals who can Think Fast by identifying opportunities and solving customer challenges; Work It Together by building trusted partnerships across teams and customers; and Make the Hard Call by making thoughtful decisions that create long-term value.

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic growth plans for assigned hospitality brands by identifying emerging opportunities, strengthening executive relationships, and increasing Moen's long-term brand presence.
  • Partner with hospitality brands to develop long-term strategic agreements that create opportunities for downstream adoption across franchise ownership groups.
  • Guide complex strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Sales leadership to help shape strategic initiatives that support long-term hospitality growth.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams, Business Development Managers, National Sales leaders, and Strategic Account Managers to help translate brand-level strategies into customer opportunities.
  • Serve as the hospitality brand subject matter expert by educating, coaching, and supporting the field sales organization on brand standards, specification programs, and customer strategies.
  • Represent Moen at industry trade shows, hospitality conferences, networking events, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer insights, and industry developments while providing recommendations that help inform future business strategies.
  • Utilize travel, promotional, and business development budgets responsibly to maximize customer engagement and return on investment.
  • Represent Fortune Brands Innovations with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
