Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Own new product introduction (NPI) deliverables including pre-silicon planning and post-silicon activities
  • PVT Characterization, Test Operation, Qualification, Yield Improvement, Test-time Reduction, RMA Support, Sustaining, and Manufacturability
  • Partner with Design, DFT/DFM, Process, Packaging, Program Manager, NPI-Planner, Sys-Validation, Test-Engineering, and Off-shore Production teams to optimize product performance, quality, and cost across multiple test insertions (Wafer Sort, Final Test)
  • Align cross-functional engineering teams to full-closure solutions, plan and drive strategic initiatives to enhance new product development methodology
  • Prepare and present a summary for regular updates with the cross-functional and executive team
  • Quality and Process Improvement Initiatives


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage schedules, solve complex problems, organize, and work independently
  • Understanding of NPI Process, Product Lifecycle, Quality, and Cost
  • PVT Characterization, Statistics, Production Limits, DPPM, FA, AEC-Q100 Qualification, RMA
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as JMP, SiliconDash, SiliconDA, and PDF-Solutions Exensio
  • Solid background in DFT/DFM, test methodology, silicon process, and packaging
  • Hands-on lab experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K, Teradyne, etc...). Bench testing platform is a plus
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with 10+ years of related professional experience
  • Preferred Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with 8+ years of related professional experience

San Jose, CA: Minimum of $141,120.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $194,040.00 Salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
