Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in a data center systems architecture, design, hardware bring-up and validation technical environment.
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications: - PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using data analytics to inform strategies for qualification and design validation.

Responsibilities - Lead system and subsystem hardware validation for data center products.
- Develop strategy and roadmap for test infrastructure and processes to meet future technology and portfolio requirements.
- Gather requirements, define high level architecture and execution strategy for product hardware validation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to support deployment and field support in Google data centers.
- Partner closely with external technology and system partners, representing Google's technical requirements, and work extensively with software development and validation teams on qualification, verification strategy and planning.
