Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Building Identity products and solutions that power and ensure exceptional experiences for the ecosystem of Consumers, Merchants and Developers;
  • Driving requirements gathering for software products, services and experiences globally;
  • Delivering world-class services that power internal and external stakeholders, driving capabilities, products, solutions and experiences with low cost, low time to market and increased agility;
  • Delivering mobile software components and services in the Identity space as part of the Consumer organization to enable the company and Strategic Partners to rapidly build, iterate and refine mobile experiences via mobile, web and native software components;
  • Participating in conversations about ownership, funding, creating, and managing and maintaining software components, including a demonstrated ability to think holistically about the products that should be built to support the business;
  • Working with customers to ensure correct use of products and solutions;
  • Understanding end user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the Identity space;
  • Defining and measuring key metrics and Key Performance Indicators for Identity product's long-term success;
  • Managing software products through the full life cycle, from writing detailed product requirements to defining multi-year roadmap;
  • Delivering high quality technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities and structures shift rapidly;
  • Working in a team environment as an individual contributor with good skills to influence team members that include engineers, user experience designers, lawyers etc. among others; and
  • Engaging with engineering and data scientists to build machine learning and artificial intelligence models to build identity/login products.


Qualifications
  • Product Strategy & Vision (IAM Domain): Proven ability to define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps specifically for complex, large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform capabilities (including Authentication, B2B Identity, Consumer Identity).
  • Identity & Authentication Expertise: Deep technical and functional understanding of identity, authentication, and security concepts, including practical experience with Federated Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), ID Proofing, and industry standards (such as OpenID Connect/OAuth, FIDO, NIST 800-63 frameworks).
  • Platform Product Management (Scale): Minimum 10 years of experience designing, delivering, and managing world-class platform products/systems (especially identity or developer-focused platforms) used by multiple downstream applications or customers in a large-scale SaaS environment.
  • Technical Acumen & Architecture Partnership: Demonstrable technical depth enabling effective partnership with senior engineering and architecture leads on SaaS architecture, API design, and technical tradeoff decisions for building secure, scalable identity services. (Evidence: prior technical roles, leading technical PM roles).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics: Proven experience defining success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for platform products and utilizing a data-driven approach (including analysis of user telemetry, A/B testing results, market data) to prioritize requirements, make product decisions, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business/customer outcomes. Experience with relevant data tools (e.g., SQL, Kusto, PowerBI, building dashboards).
  • AI/ML Application: Experience identifying opportunities for and integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows to solve customer problems or improve efficiency (e.g., AI for code completion, insights, or workflow automation).
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise managing the full product lifecycle from ideation, defining MVP, driving execution with cross-functional teams (Eng, Design, Research, Marketing, Sales, Support), launching (GTM strategy), and iterating products to significant scale.
  • Complex Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success managing complex program deliverables across multiple dependent teams and influencing across organizational boundaries in a matrix environment.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts and strategic plans effectively to diverse audiences, from engineering teams to senior executives and external partners.
  • Customer-Focused Approach (Identity Context): Track record of working closely with customers (enterprise and/or consumer) and partners to understand pain points related to identity/authentication, gathering insights, and applying a customer-focused approach to strategy and prioritization.


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $205,500 - $278,000
