This is a highly strategic individual contributor role for a senior product leader who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and can independently drive clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across a broad set of stakeholders. Working closely with design, engineering, editorial, data, and business partners, this leader will translate audience needs and company priorities into product direction that deepens engagement and strengthens subscriber value.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the All Access experience, defining customer problems, long-term vision, success metrics, and execution plans with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Own multiple complex product opportunities across the All Access experience, focused on how users discover, choose, and engage with content across platforms.

  • Partner closely with design, engineering, editorial, marketing, research, data, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into high-quality product experiences and scalable execution plans.

  • Independently navigate highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces, bringing structure to undefined opportunities and aligning teams around a shared vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.

  • Represent the All Access product area to senior leadership and executive audiences, clearly communicating strategy, customer needs, progress, risks, and business impact.

  • Raise the bar for product management across the organization by producing high-quality product artifacts, modeling strong judgment, and contributing thought leadership, best practices, and mentorship to other PMs.

  • Champion the voice of the customer while balancing editorial priorities, platform constraints, and business objectives to deliver compelling, habit-forming experiences that deepen subscriber value and loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in consumer digital products, ideally streaming, media or content-rich platforms

  • Understanding of the streaming product landscape, including platform UX, content strategy, personalization and viewer behavior

  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Strong customer empathy and product intuition, with the ability to translate audience needs, behaviors, and pain points into clear product strategies and experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to own strategy, goals, roadmap, and execution for large or ambiguous product areas with minimal guidance

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create bar-raising product artifacts and present strategy, recommendations, and results to executive audiences with clarity and credibility.

  • Experience operating effectively in fast-moving environments with high complexity and ambiguity, consistently driving clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes.

  • Subject matter expertise in one or more relevant domains such as subscriber experiences, content discovery, engagement, retention, personalization, or platform/product ecosystem strategy.

  • Passion for building customer-centric products and delivering experiences that advance CNN’s mission while driving meaningful business results.
