Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior SQL Performance Engineer to design, optimize, and support enterprise SQL Server environments. The role focuses on database performance tuning, SQL development, ETL/SSIS solutions, production support, database security, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Optimize SQL Server performance through query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and performance monitoring.
• Manage and support production SQL databases to ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity.
• Design and maintain scalable database schemas and data structures.
• Develop, support, and troubleshoot SSIS/ETL solutions for data migration, transformation, and integration.
• Implement database security, backup and recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Lead data migration and integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.
• Ensure data governance, quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide technical leadership and support for database management, reporting, and ERP integrations.
• Troubleshoot database and performance issues and identify appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Strong experience with SQL performance tuning and production monitoring.
• Experience with database design, indexing, and partitioning.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and ETL development.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database security, backup and recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL Server reporting tools or cloud data platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
