Full Job Description
Job Summary
Senior ETL/DataStage Developer supporting regulatory reporting initiatives. The role requires a strong analytical consultant who can investigate complex data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot reporting challenges, and support ETL development. This is not a pure DataStage development role and requires the ability to independently analyze data, identify trends and patterns, communicate findings to stakeholders, and drive resolution efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze complex data quality issues and investigate underlying causes.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies.
• Develop, maintain, and support ETL processes using DataStage.
• Troubleshoot complex reporting and data integration issues.
• Investigate data issues across multiple database platforms and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings, technical analysis, and recommended resolutions.
• Independently drive data issue resolution efforts and provide ongoing technical support.
• Work with Control-M and other enterprise tools to support ETL workflows and scheduled processing.

Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in data analysis, root cause investigation, and data quality troubleshooting.
• Strong ETL development and support experience.
• Hands-on experience with DataStage 11.7 or later.
• Strong SQL experience with databases such as DB2, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
