We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Regulatory Oversight Management This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office required).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Supports management in the day-to-day efforts related to first line of defense regulatory oversight management with laws, rules, regulations, and related policies.
• Extract, analyze, and prepare data for abandoned property compliance.
• Research and respond to inquiries of the most complex nature or from the most sensitive or critical individuals, including representatives from various jurisdictions as well as business partners on varying levels.
• Performs all job duties successfully in a high-paced, multiple priority environment. Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities to meet project and regulatory deadlines.
• Assists in root cause analyses to determine where there are control gaps and contribute to the development of programs to address them.
• Begins to lead projects in support of new or evolving processes / products which may affect regulatory reports.
• Communicate with internal and external parties as needed and make recommendations on necessary procedural/control changes on regulatory oversight management matters.
• This position requires knowledge of the Financial Services Industry regulations, compliance, operations, or auditing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Verify practices against straightforward policies, with moderate supervision.
• Document findings for management reports.
• Gathers data and prepares materials for more senior team members to counsel business personnel on first line of defense compliance with policies.
• No direct reports.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
• Works on projects of limited size and levels of complexity.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
