Job Description

Lead the design development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java Build and enhance robust test automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios Ensure compliance with software testing best practices and methodologies within the ACCELQ Test Automation domain Analyze test results identify defects and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution Stay current with emerging trends and tools in test automation to continuously improve testing processes Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts primarily using Selenium with Java Participate in test planning activities including effort estimation and designing test cases for complex features Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive and effective test scenarios Log monitor and retest defects ensuring clear communication on defect status and test progress Enhance existing automation frameworks and reusable components to improve efficiency and reliability Prepare and deliver detailed test execution reports highlighting risks issues and test coverage Collaborate effectively within onshoreoffshore delivery models and actively participate in Agile ceremonies Ensure all testing activities comply with SDLC processes and internal quality standards
