Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Selenium Java Testing to lead and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks within the SDET skill cluster

Job Description

Lead the design development and maintenance of robust reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java Drive automation of functional regression smoke and sanity test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and business analysts to integrate automation within the software development lifecycle Champion best practices in automation framework design incorporating TestNG JUnit and Page Object Model patterns Oversee integration of automated tests into CICD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps Ensure crossbrowser and crossplatform test coverage to validate application behavior across diverse environments Analyze automation metrics test results and defect trends to continuously improve test quality and efficiency Advocate for the adoption of new testing tools technologies and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities Provide strategic input on the test automation roadmap aligned with organizational goals and Agile delivery models
