We are looking for a dynamic individual to advance key People Analytics programs-leveraging data, insights, and technology to drive meaningful organizational change. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

What will your typical day look like?

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing People Analytics priorities, such as our employee listening program, ensuring its adoption and effective use across the organization. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories. Additionally, you will oversee survey execution, equip leaders with tools to turn feedback into action, monitor project progress, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements and automation. Staying ahead of emerging analytics tools and trends will also be key to delivering innovative solutions.

You will provide People Analytics support as a job augmentation resource, operating under the direction of the Manager, People Analytics. The scope below represents the primary areas of focus and is not limited to these items; any adjustments to scope or priorities will be discussed and aligned throughout the course of the engagement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting People Analytics strategic priorities through the delivery of conducting analysis, developing insights, crafting professionally written reports, and project management of assigned work.
• Work will focus on
o Producing Employee Experience Executive Insights Report, incorporating synthesis of key findings, business specific analysis, implications, and recommended focus areas
o Providing post-engagement survey support, including post survey administration, analysis, and development of business specific outputs using standard approach, with details and expectations defined during onboarding
• Preparing clear, accurate, and decision oriented analytical outputs using PowerPoint, Excel, and other approved tools - this will include executing both simple and complex descriptive and inferential analysis using multiple sources of data
• Engaging directly with HR and business stakeholders through business deep dives, working sessions, and leadership presentations
• Facilitating, attending, and presenting in stakeholder sessions as outlined by the Manager, People Analytics, including presentations to Senior Manager, Director, and Partner level audiences

The People Analytics team sits within the People Transformation group in our Culture and People Office, forming a core part of our Strategic Functions group. Our purpose is to empower business leaders to make smarter, data-informed decisions - augmenting intuition with actionable insights.

We drive this impact by embracing new technologies, streamlining analytics, and focusing on high-value projects - continually investing in tools, analysis, and collaboration to unlock the full potential of our people data.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas (ideally in a human resource or professional services environment): Human Resources, HR Analytics, Change Management, or Project Management.
  • Proven ability in managing and delivering projects in a timely manner working with multiple stake holder groups.
  • Strong storyboarding and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to distill a concept down to digestible visual content for presentation purposes.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate insights and produce high quality materials.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities.

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have's as well:
  • Experience with Microsoft Viva Glint (survey configuration, access management, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of employee listening methodologies and survey best practices.


Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
