Key Responsibilities
Provide L2L3 support for SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects applications
Monitor daily weekly and monthly batch jobs data loads and reporting processes
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents production issues and data discrepancies within defined SLAs
Support and maintain BOBJ reports universes dashboards and scheduled publications
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Coordinate with SAP Basis Security and infrastructure teams during deployments and system maintenance activities
Support business users with reporting data validation and analytical requirements
Develop minor enhancements automation solutions and performance improvements
Participate in weekendoncall support and critical incident management when required
Prepare operational dashboards support metrics and governance reports
Required Skills
SAP BW 7x support and administration experience
SAP BusinessObjects BOBJ 4x reporting and administration
Experience in incident problem and change management processes
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow Jira or equivalent
Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Role Summary
The SAP BWBOBJ Onsite Support Lead will act as the primary customerfacing representative for SAP reporting and analytics support services The role involves stakeholder management demand intake incident governance service delivery oversight business engagement and coordination between client teams and offshore support teams The individual will ensure stable operations of SAP BW and BusinessObjects environments while driving continuous improvements and service excellence Based on responsibilities described in the SAP support SOW the role includes coordination of incident management SLA adherence user support reporting operations and collaboration with SAP Basis and Security teams
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and IT leadership
Manage daily support operations service reviews and SLA compliance for SAP BW and BOBJ applications
Coordinate with offshore teams for incident resolution enhancements and production support activities
Conduct incident triage escalation management and stakeholder communications for critical issues
Gather business requirements and translate them into enhancement requests for offshore teams
Review support metrics operational dashboards and service improvement opportunities
Lead root cause analysis discussions and drive preventive action plans
Coordinate SAP downtime activities releases and change management processes
Work closely with SAP Basis Security Infrastructure and Business teams to ensure seamless operations
Identify automation optimization and modernization opportunities across the SAP analytics landscape
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP BW 7x and SAP BusinessObjects BOBJ support
Experience managing production support engagements and stakeholder communications
Strong understanding of incident problem and change management processes
Knowledge of data warehousing reporting and analytics environments
Experience with ServiceNow Jira or equivalent ticketing tools
