What you’ll be doingThe Specialist, Client Support is responsible for providing support and high quality customer service to clients and prospects in Commercial Banking, liaising closely with the business and clients to complete tasks. The role requires solid written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. The Specialist, Client Support supports best practices and handles incoming telephone calls and emails to address client requests in a professional and client-focused manner. The role makes recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives, ensuring that clients experience a bank that listens actively and demonstrates care for their unique needs. The role receives general instructions on routine work and participates in group projects as required.

How You’ll SucceedClient engagement - Getting to know your clients and understand their priorities to use your knowledge of cash management, loan experience, and portfolio management to help clients meet their goals.

Strategic Minded - You’ll build and execute on communication strategies with the support of the Relationship Managers to use your critical thinking skills to assist the client with their daily needs.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
