Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Work directly with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and connect them with the appropriate resources at BNY.
  • Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies, and help identify additional business needs and opportunities.
  • Resolve complex or non-routine client issues and inquiries, while contributing to business development efforts through a strong understanding of client needs and BNY offerings.
  • Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives that improve the client experience and help develop process improvements.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and support multiple complex client accounts.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, professional client support.
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple complex client relationships and priorities.
