Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance

We9re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance, to join our Fund and Client IS Ops team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Monitors and reports on client portfolio performance.
  • Owns the online tools and reporting platform, troubleshoots issues, and manages platform-related problems.
  • Answers escalated client inquiries regarding risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio performance measured against peers.
  • Applies industry research to predict future trends and publishes white papers on industry trends and opportunities for product and capability revenue expansion.
  • Trains clients on report production and improves the client experience by addressing client concerns and needs.


To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
  • Knowledge of client portfolio performance reporting, risk management, asset allocation, and performance analysis.
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies and provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
