Senior Associate, OTC Derivatives Valuation

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our OTC Derivatives team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (4 days in office per week).

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Supervise daily tasks required for lifecycle management, accounting, pricing, analysis, and reporting for OTC Derivatives
  • Support client service by actively participating in onboarding new clients and responding to internal and external queries
  • Partner with VP leads to shape and define the daily operating model and represent the OTC Valuations team in client discussions
  • Identify and mitigate risks, maintain documentation for controls related to OTC Derivatives lifecycle, and uphold data integrity and compliance standards
  • Lead strategic project management and execution, train and develop staff, and develop tools to enhance valuation analytics and process efficiencies

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in OTC Derivatives or Complex Securities Valuations
  • Ability to lead a team daily and provide technical guidance on OTC Derivatives Valuation matters
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and VBA
    Preferred qualifications:
  • CFA or equivalent specialization, or a Master9s degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in building visualizations and analytics using Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and/or Power BI
