Role
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Migration Lead to own the endtoend data migration strategy and execution This role ensures accurate Day1 data availability through robust planning tooling validation and cutover sequencing
enabling seamless Salesforce adoption for enterprisescale programs
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the Salesforce data migration strategy covering mapping tooling dry runs reconciliation and validation controls
Own cutover sequencing to ensure accurate and complete Day1 data availability
Collaborate with business stakeholders solution architects and technical teams to align migration scope with business needs
Establish and enforce data quality governance validation and reconciliation
processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance
Conduct data quality assessments and establish governance frameworks for migration activities
Manage dry runs mock migrations and reconciliation processes to validate accuracy and completeness
Expertise in data migration tools and techniques and familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration methods
Migrate integrate data from different platform into Salesforce
Prepare data migration plan and handle kickoutsfallouts
Document migration processes risks and controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Primary Skills
Deep expertise in Salesforce data migration methodologies and tools
Strong knowledge of data mapping cleansing validation and reconciliation processes
Proven experience in cutover planning and execution for largescale Salesforce programs
Ability to design and implement data governance and quality frameworks
Secondary Skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for complex data challenges
Experience working with crossfunctional teams in AgileWaterfall environments
Adaptability to evolving business needs and Salesforce platform updates
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
915 years of overall IT experience with significant focus on Salesforce data migration
Handson experience with Salesforce CRM and ManufacturingServiceFinancial Clouds preferred
Salesforce certifications Administrator Data Architect or Integration Architect highly desirable
Experience with enterprisescale data migration projects across multiple systems
Strong track record of delivering accurate compliant and timely data migrations
