Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in electrical and computer engineering, information management, or computer science.
• 5+ years of application development experience, particularly with scripting languages such as Python and Perl.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• 3+ years of experience in Product, Process, or Semiconductor Yield Engineering.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases like Oracle and Informix.
• Preferred experience with machine learning and big data technologies such as Cassandra and Hadoop.
• Self-driven and highly competent individual required.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Create ETL mapping and design documents based on organizational needs.
• Write and unit test ETL code primarily in Perl and Python.
• Collaborate with support and software development teams to resolve product lifecycle issues.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to inform data engineering decisions.
• Assist leadership in clarifying iterative development requirements for business intelligence.
• Facilitate coding efforts and promote relevant communications among team members.
