OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven telecom network professional to join a strategic account team supporting a major North American Tier 1 wireless provider. In this high-impact role, you'll work at the forefront of 5G innovation-partnering directly with the customer to understand their most critical business challenges and architecting solutions from Keysight's advanced portfolio.
You will play a key role in shaping the performance and evolution of a market-leading 5G network, helping to enhance subscriber experience, loyalty, and retention at scale. Leveraging your expertise in AI-driven network orchestration, closed-loop automation, and root cause analysis, you'll act as a trusted advisor-delivering insightful, outcome-focused solutions that align technology with business priorities.

Responsibilities- Work with the account manager on the account plan and strategy
- Identify business opportunities and use cases for Keysight Visibility solutions
- Perform technical discovery of requirements directly with our customer's technical leads
- Develop trusted partner relationships directly with key customers
- Build the business value proposition associated with the technical solution
- Develop and present the solution story directly to customer stakeholders - both technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrate Keysight Visibility product capabilities to customer users and decision-makers
- Support the account manager in bringing opportunities to closure
- Interface with Keysight product teams to clearly articulate customer requirements and product needs
Qualifications- 10+ years in telecom pre-sales role
- Expert knowledge of 4G and 5G wireless mobility networks
- Direct work with network monitoring, assurance, and/or probing solutions and carrier OSS systems
- Experience in network orchestration, closed loop automation, root cause analysis assurance solutions and processes, preferably with experience in AI enablement of the processes
- Experience collecting customer requirements and turning those into solutions
- Experience developing and presenting technical and business value presentations to customers - engineering and management audiences
- Ability to travel to multiple customer locations to support sales and technical meetings
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
TX and NJ Pay Range MIN $196,740.00 MIDPOINT $262,310.00 MAX $327,890.00
