The Ideal Match- 6+ years of software engineering experience working across the full stack
- Fluency with AI coding tools - you should already be using them to multiply your output and looking for ways to work smarter

- Product-focused mindset - code exists to solve business problems, not for its own sake
- Outstanding communication - you explain complex concepts clearly and provide actionable updates
