Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Product Administrator to serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will identify needs, analyze processes, and translate them into actionable technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Responsibilities- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with business leads to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Map current-state operational workflows and design optimized future-state business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Author clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to groom the product backlog, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize user stories for engineering sprints.
- Analyze business data, industry trends, and system specifications to assess project feasibility, cost-benefit ratios, and potential operational risks.
- Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, create test scenarios, assist stakeholders during testing, and validate that delivered features meet business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate scope adjustments across cross-functional departments, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills- Requirements Engineering: User Story Writing, Acceptance Criteria, BRD/FRS Authoring, Use Case Modeling, Gap Analysis.
- Process & Visual Modeling: Process Mapping (BPMN), Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Wireframing/Prototyping.
- Business Analysis Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, Axure.
- Data Analysis & Querying: SQL, MS Excel (Advanced), Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau), Basic Data Analytics.
- Agile & SDLC Knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Ceremonies, Product Backlog Grooming, Software Development Lifecycle.
Preferred SkillsIIBA certification (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) is a plus.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
