About the Role:CrowdStrike is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Go-to-Market Applications team, where the systems we build directly power how CrowdStrike sells, partners, and grows. Our team designs, builds, and ships the capabilities that let Sales and Channel pitch new products, enter new markets, deepen partner relationships, and adopt new selling motions - from self-service eCommerce to complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
In this role, you'll be the liaison between our business partners and our engineering teams. You'll develop a deep understanding of our quote, order, and revenue processes, then translate that understanding into scalable solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and the broader Lead-to-Cash ecosystem. You'll act as a strategic consultant, constructively challenging requests, proposing better alternatives, and using AI to move from idea to production faster than traditional delivery models allow.
This role is part of a globally distributed team. You'll partner daily with engineers, QA, and analysts across US and offshore locations, and with stakeholders in multiple regions - so comfort operating asynchronously, documenting clearly, and flexing occasionally for early or late calls is essential to how we work.
Your mission is simple: make it easier to do business at CrowdStrike.
Requested in lieu of a cover letter:Tell us about one project where your analysis changed the outcome. Start with a short intro paragraph describing the business problem and why it was hard, then give us no more than 10 bullet points of specific actions you took that led to the result. If AI played a role in how you got there, we want to hear about it.
What You'll Do:- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations to lead requirements-gathering sessions, prioritize competing requests, and set pragmatic expectations.
- Own functional deliverables end to end: process definition, requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional design, test planning and execution, training, and post-launch support.
- Drive the pre-research phase independently - analyze data, validate assumptions, and identify trends without relying on developers to do your discovery for you.
- Assess systemic impact of every change across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including downstream effects on provisioning, entitlements, billing, and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the delivery lifecycle - drafting requirements and user stories, generating functional designs and test cases, building proof of concepts and accelerators, and analyzing data to inform recommendations.
- Apply AI-powered capabilities within the Salesforce platform (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to design experiences that reduce manual effort for sellers and partners.
- Independently facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and cross-functional design sessions following Agile best practices.
- Create and maintain process documentation, functional and architectural design artifacts, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
- Help shape the custom-versus-configuration conversation, advocating for scalable, upgrade-safe solutions over one-off workarounds.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce release cycles and industry practices, proactively bringing new capabilities to the business before they ask for them.
- Build a fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience into everything you deliver.
What You'll Need:- 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS business systems at a software company, including at least 2 years hands-on with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud or any other CPQ application.
- Working knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle - products and price books, quoting and approvals, amendments and renewals, orders, and the handoff to billing.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve your own throughput and decision-making, with specific examples of where it changed your output or timeline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize ambiguous input into clear requirements and evaluate trade-offs across options.
- Comfort working directly with data - building reports and dashboards, running queries or extracts, and using data to support a recommendation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem, and its declarative capabilities (Flow, validation rules, security model, sharing).
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a genuine team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) project delivery experience.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud, or Business Analyst.
- Experience with partner/channel commerce, distributor and reseller models, or marketplace and eCommerce selling motions.
- Familiarity with adjacent Quote-to-Cash tooling (billing systems, CLM, tax, ERP integrations).
- Ability to read Apex, SOQL, or LWC well enough to collaborate credibly with developers and troubleshoot independently.
- Consulting background, including Big 4.
