• Debug and resolve technical issues within IVR systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business teams and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Monitor and maintain IVR systems to ensure stability and scalability.
• Document IVR designs, callflows, and application implementations.
• Provide technical support to other developers and end-users. Generic Managerial Skills, If any

•Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 a Year
