JOB DUTIES: Work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of the SaaS journey for SailPoint; Continuously develop improvements to enhance products, features, and apps; Write code that is clear, well-tested, optimized, and thoroughly documented: Deliver efficient, maintainable. robust Java and Go-based microservices; Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing; Serve as a champion for industry standard best practice; Ensure delivery of commitments on time that meet product and engineering requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in a software development role.
5 years of experience in:
1. Implementing and maintaining micro services written in Java or Go
2. Writing or refactoring code to be scalable and performant
3. Unit/functional/integration testing to ensure maintainable, high-quality software
4. Documenting and demonstrating solutions by using flowcharts, diagrams, and whiteboarding
3 years of experience in:
1. Cloud technologies including any of the following: AWS, GCP, or Azure

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
