Job DescriptionAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining real-time event-based systems.
You will be joining the Offers team, where you will contribute to empowering the Business, quickly and easily creating new bonus mechanics, without relying on technical teams.
As a full stack team, we offer opportunities to expand your skillset and to work with Go, Typescript, React, SQL and Kafka. You will gain experience with open-source technologies, deploying all systems and services to GCP.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually.
Qualifications- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring developers.
- Ability to prioritise people over process.
- Skill in solving problems within a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial experience using Cloud Platforms.
- Knowledge of React and Typescript.
- Experience with Golang microservices.
- Exposure to C#, .net, MSSQL or WPF.
