Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pega Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in designing developing and implementing enterprise grade BPM and workflow solutions using the Pega Platform The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable high-performance applications in Agile environments
Key Responsibilities- Design develop and maintain applications using Pega PRPCPega Platform
- Build and configure Case Types Flows Flow Actions Activities Data Transforms Data Pages and Decision Rules
- Develop integrations using REST SOAP Connectors Services MQ and JMS
- Perform application debugging using Tracer Clipboard Live UI PAL and PDC
- Participate in requirement analysis solution design code reviews testing and production deployments
- Collaborate with Business Analysts QA teams Product Owners and Architects to deliver business requirements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Follow Pega guardrails and best practices to ensure application quality and performance
- Contribute to CICD release management and deployment activities
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning grooming reviews and retrospectives
