Job Title: Java Backend Engineer
Work Location: Mississauga,Ontario

Job Description

Develop high quality scalable and maintainable Java applications using Java frameworks Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and quality Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications for improved performance Document technical specifications and maintain clear development records Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and integrate relevant advancements into projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong expertise in Core Java 8 OOPs collections concurrency and multithreading
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot REST services microservices architecture
  • Database skills Oracle MongoDB MSSQL
  • Good to have Messaging systems Kafka producer's consumers topics streaming
  • Experience with Docker Kubernetes and containerized deployments
  • Strong knowledge of JSON XML serialization annotations caching and distributed computing concepts
  • Experience with Git Bit bucket GitHub Maven Gradle CICD pipelines.
