The Senior Software Engineer will implement complex software systems, lead significant software development projects, and provide technical expertise across architecture, product innovation, and development practices. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, improve products, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor engineers while maintaining high-quality code standards.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience as a Java Software Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with J2EE application development.
• Experience developing applications using Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working in a full-stack environment.
• Excellent communication and technical influencing skills.

Base Salary Range
$105,700.00 - $149,275.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
