Your role • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. • Oversee and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications. • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - 193,440.
