We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Fleet Intelligence pod. You'll help build product experiences that turn fleet data into foresight and action - helping customers know what to do next, why it matters, and when to act. Fleet Intelligence delivers customer-facing intelligence capabilities that move Fleetio beyond historical reporting into prediction, recommendation, and guided action. Our focus is on outcomes (not just insights) and on making intelligence understandable, trusted, and directly embedded into fleet workflows. This is a remote opportunity and is open to candidates located in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. Who You Are The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong proficiency in full-stack development and working with large data sets, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You are adept at working with databases, particularly Postgres and Snowflake. You have experience working with data to build quality insights and analytics solutions. Bonus points if you've worked across the analytics stack, including BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Sigma) and transformation tooling (dbt). You possess strong but loosely held opinions about architecture. You have experience integrating 3rd-party tools and APIs into a product with a focus on abstraction, maintainability, and a seamless user experience. You are passionate about solving business problems with scalable architecture in mind. You are product-minded and team-oriented, willing to hear others' opinions and educate on best practices. You have excellent communication skills, particularly written.
