About the jobWe are building the future of autonomous work management and AI agents to assist our teams and partners at scale. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a team driving our agentic recursive self-improvement (RSI) strategy.
As part of our AI Agent Fleet, you will directly drive our self-improvement architecture, focusing on continuous execution path analysis, automated evaluation, and autonomous codebase fixes. Your work will reduce administrative overhead in product development by enabling our agentic systems to autonomously learn from past execution to fix their own codebase and improve overall system quality.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products.
