About the job

We are building the future of autonomous work management and AI agents to assist our teams and partners at scale. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a team driving our agentic recursive self-improvement (RSI) strategy.

As part of our AI Agent Fleet, you will directly drive our self-improvement architecture, focusing on continuous execution path analysis, automated evaluation, and autonomous codebase fixes.
