Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, modern web development frameworks, API development, and SQL Server-based applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives supporting digital transformation and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs.
- Build scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Entity Framework Core.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications.
- Create, maintain, and tune SQL Server databases, including complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to improve application performance and stability.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Support application modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Document technical designs, development activities, and operational procedures.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.

- Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Nice-to-have Qualifications- Experience working with distributed teams across onshore and offshore development models.
- Proven success working in a high-performing Agile environment utilizing Scrum or related methodologies.
- Exposure to or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, including:
- Microsoft Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- AI-assisted software development tools
- Prompt engineering concepts
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into business or development workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based environments.
- Financial services or banking industry experience is a plus.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $86,250.00 - $158,125.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
