Technical Lead with strong expertise in
Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and DevOps to lead architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications.
Lead Responsibilities
- Lead development teams and provide technical direction.
- Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, and Microservices.
- Build and manage AWS Serverless solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Step Functions.
- Drive architecture reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
- Mentor developers through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support production deployments.
Required Skill Set
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices
Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3
Cloud: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube
Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Kafka (RabbitMQ preferred)
Requirement
- 10-14 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud and Serverless architectures.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience building enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications.
- Must be local to or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX and work onsite.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
