Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, JavaScript, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams, conduct code reviews, establish development best practices, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect CTI integration, including solution configuration, gap analysis, customization, and AWS-side setup. The candidate will also drive technical architecture, oversee deployments, source control, environment management, and ensure adherence to CI/CD processes across Salesforce environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 - 150000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
