About the role- Lead the end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and customer engineering teams to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, emphasizing the importance of customer-centric design and iterative development.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
- Stay informed about customer feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve our products.
We're looking for someone who has:- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role for an automotive technology company
- At least 2 years of experience using C++, Python, Linux/Windows, Git, and MATLAB
The salary range for this position is $210,800 - $258,805 per year USD annually.
