About the RoleEvisort Engineering is growing! As a Software Engineer (Front End), you'll join a collaborative, cross-functional team working to enhance and expand our AI-driven contract management platform. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to help deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that transform how legal and business teams manage their contracts.
Your technical contributions and team-first mindset will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.
You will:
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to build and evolve our vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices
- Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform - from development to production ("you build it, you run it")
About YouWe are open to hiring a Career or Senior-level engineer for this role:
Basic Qualifications (Career)- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience with Typescript and React
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
Basic Qualifications (Senior)- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Typescript and React
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
Other Qualifications:- Familiarity with multiple programming languages and paradigms a plus
- Experienced in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Experienced in the technologies and tradeoffs involved in building modern distributed systems
- Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
- Successful track record of operating as part of cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
- Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals
- Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research
Workday Pay Transparency StatementWorkday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $112,000 CAD - $168,000 CAD
Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD
