Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable, highly responsive user interfaces for the CXAS Console, empowering developers to seamlessly build, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade generative AI agents.
- Architect and implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows that simplify complex agent configurations, directly contributing to an evolving AI-infused front end that serves customers globally at scale.
- Build robust, performant front-end components capable of managing real-time interactions, data visualizations, and testing interfaces for agents engaging in complex, open-ended dialogues and autonomous tasks.
- Collaborate closely with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners to translate ambiguous technical constraints into intuitive, user-centric front-end solutions.
- Provide front-end architectural oversight, set UI engineering best practices, and coach team members to drive engineering excellence within a changing, collaborative environment.
