Job Description

Technical Experience

Required:

• Must have 5+ years of software development experience in backend
  • Preferred: C# (C-Sharp), ASP.NET MVC
  • Acceptable: Java, Ruby or similar backend language
  • MS SQL, Postgres or any relational database
  • Strong experience building and maintaining SaaS web applications
• Must have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:
  • AWS, Azure, GCP or similar

Backend Development

• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing backend services, APIs, and databases
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices

Preferred:

• Microservices, Distributed systems
• Experience with Jenkins
• Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and scripting
• Familiarity with Terraform

Leadership & Communication

• Has proactively identified and fixed major system issues or bottlenecks
• Has mentored junior developers
• Has driven process improvements or architectural enhancements
• Can explain the business impact of their work
