Senior ServiceNow Solution ArchitectLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeSenior ServiceNow Solution Architect (Senior Manager Level)About the RoleAs a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will make an impact by providing strategic architecture leadership across large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow consulting practice and work collaboratively with executive stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams, and consulting leaders to define technology strategy, govern solution quality, and deliver business value at scale.
In this role, you will:- Serve as the lead architecture authority across complex enterprise ServiceNow programs.
- Define long-term platform strategy, governance standards, integration frameworks, and architecture roadmaps.
- Drive executive-level discussions and align technology decisions with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach architects, developers, and technical consultants while promoting solution delivery excellence.
- Act as the final escalation point for technical architecture decisions across engagements.
- Lead architectural governance, quality reviews, and solution validation activities.
- Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning, capability development, and technical talent growth.
- Support pre-sales efforts, solution strategy, and proposal development for complex engagements.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification.
- Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications across product lines.
- 5+ years of consulting, service management, software development, or architecture leadership experience.
- 4+ years of multi-platform ServiceNow configuration and architecture experience.
- Experience architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines, including ITSM and additional modules such as ITOM, SecOps, Discovery, Project Portfolio Management, Agent Intelligence, or related products.
- Proven experience leading architecture teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Strong consulting, mentoring, governance, and organizational leadership skills.
These Will Help You Stand Out- ITIL v3/v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, Scrum, or PMP certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise architecture or transformation programs.
- Experience mentoring architects and leading technical communities of practice.
- Knowledge of organizational change management and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solution strategy, and client advisory engagements.
- Strong thought leadership and executive presentation capabilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:Applicants will be accepted till 8/20/2026
The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $125,000 - $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
