Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent military or relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is considered an asset, particularly for candidates with leadership or strategic responsibilities
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
- Industrial or commercial process water experience required
- Clean driving record
- 10+ years of technical work experience with 3 years of industry specific experience
- Combined with 3 years of leadership/management experience

- Fluency in a Field Service and CRM application like (MS Field Service or MS CRM)
