The primary work location for this role is Raleigh, NC or our Berwyn, PA office with a hybrid work model.

The Team You'll Join

You will join Envestnet's Service Delivery Management team. This team partners closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance the client experience. As a Senior Service Delivery Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading strategic projects, coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring seamless execution from planning through delivery. The team serves as a trusted partner to clients, combining strong project leadership, operational excellence, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving processes and service outcomes.

How You'll Contribute

Ensures successful execution of client-facing company projects and services, meeting client expectations and business objectives. Oversees project planning, resource allocation and service delivery. Manages risks and resolves issues, engaging cross-functionally and with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment. Monitors service levels and KPIs, drives continuous improvement and ensures client commitments are met or exceeded.

  • Independently leads Service Delivery Management projects.
  • Creates and maintains project plans, coordinating resources and identifying / managing risks.
  • Manages project costs, ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring services are delivered in line with expectations and business requirements.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as and when needed to meet project needs.
  • Oversees / monitors project team performance, providing feedback and ensuring team members have the information and tools required for effective service delivery.
  • May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.
  • Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Addresses and resolves issues arising within teams, with clients or otherwise related to project delivery.
  • Identifies and recommends ways to optimize delivery processes for better efficiency and outcomes.


What You'll Need to Bring

  • Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Develop functional knowledge across the Envestnet | Tamarac platform as it relates to supporting our clients and internal project teams.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage change, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, problem solving skills and a strong sense of ownership is critical.
  • Must be able to communicate with others in a concise, prescriptive, persuasive and professional manner.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, set and meet deadlines, both for yourself as well as others
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be flexible, well organized, and assertive to complete multiple tasks and meet the changing demands placed on his/her time.
  • Must be capable of gathering information from various sources to assist in critical decision making using highly developed reasoning and good judgment.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a diverse workforce and a variety of personalities.
  • Perform under minimal supervision and can work independently.
  • Expert with Microsoft Suite of products


Nice-to-Haves

  • Minimum of 7 years' project management experience or equivalent client facing experience working in the financial services industry (RIA or BD space).
  • Understanding of the financial services industry; registered investment advisors, brokerage business, etc. strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Experience with Asana a plus

Our Investment in You

This role offers a base salary range of $ 94,600 to $118,300. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
