Full Job Description
A career as a Senior SEM Specialist (Search Engine Marketing) on the Digital Acquisition team at National Bank means being part of a team that is passionate about data and basing their actions on concrete results. Our ultimate goal is to optimise digital acquisition by improving the entire conversion tunnel.

Your job
  • Serve as an internal resource person for all initiatives related to search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Supervise and optimise SEM activities carried out by the partner agency to ensure they are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Optimize acquisition performance by promoting effective synergy between SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Provide strategic support to management, particularly in terms of digital performance and positioning.
  • Keep an eye on best practises and the evolution of digital platforms.
  • Innovate processes: Carry out tests, analyse trends and extract relevant insights to continuously improve our work methods.


Your team

You are part of a large team of 9 colleagues in the Digital sector and will report to the Senior Manager - Digital Acquisition. The Digital Acquisition team is part of the Digital Marketing team and the Digital Vice-President of National Bank.
