Your job - Serve as an internal resource person for all initiatives related to search engine marketing (SEM).
- Supervise and optimise SEM activities carried out by the partner agency to ensure they are aligned with the company's objectives.
- Optimize acquisition performance by promoting effective synergy between SEO and SEM strategies.
- Provide strategic support to management, particularly in terms of digital performance and positioning.
- Keep an eye on best practises and the evolution of digital platforms.
- Innovate processes: Carry out tests, analyse trends and extract relevant insights to continuously improve our work methods.
Your team You are part of a large team of 9 colleagues in the Digital sector and will report to the Senior Manager - Digital Acquisition. The Digital Acquisition team is part of the Digital Marketing team and the Digital Vice-President of National Bank. Prerequisites - 5 to 7 years of experience in managing SEM projects
- Proven ability to optimise campaign performance on search engines
- Ability to explain, summarise and communicate information
- Excellent analytical skills to prioritise and optimise next actions.
