  • Customer-Back Innovation - Lead the identification and prioritization of Customer-Back Innovation opportunities based on meaningful unmet end-user needs. Guide opportunities from early market discovery and validation through development and commercialization, ensuring strong connection between market need, differentiated value proposition, business case, and go-to-market strategy. Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other functions to successfully bring differentiated solutions to market and drive adoption.

  • Growth & Market Penetration - Identify opportunities to increase penetration within existing markets and expand into attractive adjacent applications, customers, or market spaces. Establish clear measures of success and monitor progress against growth priorities, adjusting strategies and resource allocation as needed.

  • Team Leadership & Strategic Marketing Capability - Lead, coach, and develop Product Management and Market Insights talent, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and development priorities. Build strong operating disciplines across market insights, portfolio management, innovation, and commercialization. Create an environment that encourages strong strategic thinking, fact-based decision-making, collaboration, and ownership while continuing to strengthen Strategic Marketing capability across the organization.
