As a Senior Security Project Manager, you will lead complex security projects, ensuring they meet corporate priorities through expert project management. Your responsibilities include overseeing schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Johnson Controls' operational principles.
How You Will Do It
Project Oversight:Manage security system installations, define project scope, and employ risk management strategies. Demonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all project deliverables align with organizational standards and client expectations.
Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and professional communication with project staff, customers, and management. Collaborate effectively across teams, valuing diverse perspectives to address challenges and optimize solutions.
Financial Accountability:Oversee project budgets, forecast financial trends, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Adapt strategies swiftly to remove obstacles and ensure project fiscal goals are met efficiently.
Quality Assurance:Conduct worksite inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards. Engage in continuous improvement practices to refine processes and uphold excellence in service delivery.
Customer Service:Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering satisfaction and trust. Prioritize customer-centric approaches to enhance overall satisfaction and long-term relationships.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in project management.
Five years of experience in security project management or new construction.
Willingness to undertake deployments of 6-18 months, primarily in the Dublin/Columbis, OH area.
Preferred
Preferred certifications: CSPM or PMI PMP, or willingness to obtain within six months.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $95,000 to 150,000( Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
