Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of Project Management experience and strong domain knowledge in [Insert relevant domain: e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.]. This role demands a seasoned Agile professional who can lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of complex digital or enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain product roadmaps and manage delivery expectations.

Identify, track, and remove impediments to team progress.

Monitor project health, team performance metrics, and sprint/release burn-down charts.

Guide and mentor team members, fostering Agile maturity across the organization.

Leverage domain expertise to align project outcomes with business goals and compliance standards.

Drive process improvements using agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.

Manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams and external stakeholders.

Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Project Management, including at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.

Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional Agile projects.

Strong domain knowledge in [Insert Domain: e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, etc.].

Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (SAFe, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).

Ability to work with distributed, global teams.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
