Senior Scrum Master to support a company focused on modernizing critical federal systems through large-scale data migration, cloud transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives. This position is
on-site in
Huntsville, AL. The
Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader for cross-functional migration, ETL, data engineering, and testing teams, ensuring disciplined Agile execution and successful delivery of mission-critical objectives. Responsibilities for the Senior Scrum Master include:- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the migration workstream
- Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and schedules
- Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team performance and sprint predictability
- Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Support high-quality data migration outcomes through collaboration with Product Owners, QA teams, and technical leads
Required Qualifications for the Senior Scrum Master include:- 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Facilitator supporting federal or enterprise programs
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, backlog management, sprint execution, and cross-functional team coordination
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Compensation for the Senior Scrum Master include:- Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
