Job DescriptionFull Visibility is seeking a Senior Scrum Master, located in Winchester, VA and is a Hybrid Role.Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance.Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience working with Scrum. The position focuses on guiding teams through the Agile/Scrum process, facilitating sprint planning and team meetings, removing obstacles that impact progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping teams deliver products efficiently.Requirements- 8 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience working with Jira and acting as a Scrum Master
- Experience executing Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle.
- Experience guiding teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates productteam's progress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminatesblockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team,coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimateactivities and provides team with feedback and means of improvement whileserving as a resource to answer questions.
- Experience Leadingregular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, andinnovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations.
- Ability to advisegovernment personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuousimprovement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.
Preferred
- Nice to have Current SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or ICAgile Team Facilitation Certification
This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $100-145k.
