Role Overview:

This role is for a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud implementations, specifically for B2B and B2C solutions. The position demands a deep commitment to enhancing customer experience, strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to drive product strategy from initial concept through post-launch analysis within an agile development framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic roadmaps, defining both near and long-term visions that will drive iterative value.
  • Effectively communicate and socialize product vision with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize user-centered scope, including the creation of use cases, journey mapping, and hypothesis development.
  • Break down the product vision into a release strategy, focusing on delivering iterative slices of scope to minimize technical risk, gain user validation sooner, and facilitate a test-and-learn approach.
  • Partner with UX teams to define the Information Architecture (IA) and Content Strategy (CS) for new or evolving user experiences.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), engagement, and operational metrics for each slice of scope.
  • Manage stakeholders through various forums such as interviews, working groups, 1:1s, and group showcase forums, driving alignment and uncovering operational and organizational impacts.
  • Coordinate business readiness activities, considering business process impacts and dependencies, and driving product training and transfer of ownership.
  • Maintain an outcome focus by adjusting the product roadmap, release strategy, and scope priorities based on the realities of an agile environment.
  • Measure the impact of the product post-launch using engagement and operational metrics and KPIs, leading to sound recommendations for continued investment or strategic pivots.

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Extensive experience in SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud implementation for B2B & B2C.
  • Proficiency with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris 2211 / CCv2), Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong technical and business acumen to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management, driving alignment and engagement among diverse groups.
  • Deep commitment to building products that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
  • Well-versed with Jira usage for EPICs and User Story creation.
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities, and understand how they are shifting customer expectations.

  • Experience in technology partnership to evaluate technical constraints, complexities, and capabilities.
  • Financial modeling for ROI analysis.
  • Ability to analyze quantity & quality data (internal and external) to drive alignment around prioritized problems to solve and outcomes to drive.
  • Identification of KPIs, engagement & operational metrics for each slice of scope.
  • Experience with Agile product delivery.
